Since 2011, I've intricately woven my academic tale as a Professor of Medical Biochemistry at Mansoura University, where my dedication to education transcends the conventional. In 2023, a new chapter unfolded as I assumed the roles of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine & Professor of Medical Biochemistry at Ibn Sina University for Medical Sciences in Amman, Jordan.From leading the Medical Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Department at Mansoura University to overseeing teaching as the General Supervisor at Horus and New Mansoura Universities, each step in my journey is a brushstroke on my canvas of commitment. My dedication goes beyond administrative desks, diving into various committees, examination controls, and student activities. This holistic approach reflects my commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also fostering innovation and holistic development.In the realm of medical education, I've played a pivotal role in pioneering the Mansoura-Manchester Medical Program, a testament to my dedication to fresh and effective teaching methods. My involvement in diverse undergraduate programs underscores my adaptability and unwavering commitment to student learning My commitment to spreading knowledge extends far beyond classrooms; it's etched in the books I've authored. From Medical Biochemistry to Genetics, these books echo my dedication to providing comprehensive support for students across various disciplines. As a researcher, my impact goes beyond the confines of the lab. With 28 peer-reviewed publications, my work encompasses critical topics such as liver fibrosis, COVID-19, and alternative antiviral agents. My research interests, centered around hepatology and molecular biology, contribute not only to scientific advancements but also address pressing healthcare issues.
